Our Story
Since 2013, we have dedicated ourselves to providing comprehensive laundry services for all our customers. Led by Sharon, Amber, Sarah, and Holly, our friendly and professional team are fully trained to deliver the high standard of customer service you deserve.
At Posh Wash Bridgwater, we consider ourselves part of the community. We're close to the local shopswith ample parking, so it's easy to pop out and do other errands while you wait for your laundry to be done or you are welcome to sit and wait. Whatever you need, we provide all our services with a smile.

Sadly disappointing
Dropped washing in for a service wash. Not something I have ever done but work schedules denied me time at home so thought I would give it a try. Upon collection 4 of my daughters new, white school shirts had bright orange stains on them. They were on the top of the bag so questioned it straight away. I was told to pop back after the weekend to discuss with the manager. I agreed and paid the £21 in cash for the service. I then purchased 4 more school shirts. Today I spoke to the manager in person - Amber I believe, who absolutely refused to contribute to the cost of new shirts but instead informed me that it was deodorant and food that my 15yr old daughter must have thrown on her shirts. I was also questioned WHY I had inspected the shirts before I got home which apparantely implied that I took the shirts in with stains and tried to blame it on the staff! I have never used a laundrette before and quite frankly will certainly never do so again. The customer service was shocking and I hope this review will prevent others having to go through the same experience. I believe there are other places to take your washing so please source them DO NOT Use POSH WASH, because despite the name their service is at best shocking, nothing POSH about it.
