Unreliable!!!
Was due to start work on Thursday and friday, Phoned me up on the monday was not apologetic in any way and said would not be able to do the job (Had been booked about six weeks ago) Very very unprofessional does not know how to talk to customer, Arrogant and extremely unreliable.
