Not enough info given about difficulty of parking and a hint could be given about where they are as not the easiest to find. Welcome could be more professional and uniform with a standard email. Gave my scheduled appointment to someone else when I was in a very low place. Am now looking for a BACP counsellor. Lack of information about the counsellors' backgrounds. They have Director's business cards but what is their experience?
