For too long accountancy has been seen to be difficult and only for the benefit of the tax man. Even with modern accounting software on the cloud the process of generating timely and accurate financial information to facilitate effective business decisions is fraught with problems.

We work with you in the early stages of setting up your initial balances and then once you have done a few transactions of your own you will be free to do your accounts yourself and even generate your own periodic accounts. If you prefer we can run it for you and all we ever need from you is your "coded up" bank statements and invoices. The process of "coding up" is simply choosing the right CARL code for a transaction e.g. a repair to a company car would be MR - M = Motor Vehicle and R = Repair.

There are many other easy to use codes that cover all the transactions you'll ever have. The CARL software checks and compares everything you enter so you are much less likely to make mistakes compared to other accounting systems.
