Puts his knowledge at your service
Andy arranged to take my bike at my convenience, gave me clear quotes and returned my bike back in a better state than I expected. He put his obvious knowledge and experience at my service in a way that I felt I was learning rather than being patronized. I've needed my bike to be seen when I've been away from Oxford. I've had the job done but wondered if I've just been had. This just didn't arise with Andy - I got more than I thought I would. It made it a pleasure to use my bike.

Home service
Andy has now serviced two bikes for me at my home. His competitive, friendly service cannot be beaten. I have recommended him to everyone I know with a bike and would encourage anybody reading this review to do the same.

Brilliant Service
Andy has serviced both of my bikes - Road and Mountain and I was very impressed with both his excellent skills and his speed of response. Why would you wait to get booked into a bike shop when he can come out to you at your convenience. I would recommend him without question.

Excellent job!
I was very pleased with the service and repairs. The bike came back gleaming and running really well, and inspired me to cycle more. Andy is also very friendly and approachable, and will work out what's best for you.

Simply the best!
Andy was the mechanic on the London to Paris charity ride that I did a few weeks ago. He looked after 113 of us over 4 days and did a superb job. He fixed my bike in and incredibly short time, no fuss, no bother and minimal time lost. No problem was too big or too small. As far as I know he sorted out every problem that was thrown his way. He was always cheerful and a crucial part of our support crew.

Best Service my Bike ever had!!
My bike was in a good state...or so I thought until I received it back from Andy. His Service really made me wanting to go cycling more as the bike suddenly turned into a proper joy to ride rather than a old commuter hybrid it was before - Never ever did I expect a service to make such a difference. I encourage everyone to try Bike Support - Andy is a very skilled professional who does get the best out of your bike , regardless of age or state it is in. It seems that he cares a lot about the work he does which cannot be said for several highstreet Bike shops in and around Oxford.

Bike TLC
Andy came to our workplace for a day, which was really convenient. My wife is really happy with her bike now. It's nearly 20 years old, but after a good service, is running very well indeed. We'll definitely use Andy again.

Awesome Mechanic
Andy regularily staffs our hectic London to Paris charity cycle rides with up to 130 cyclists on bikes ranging from £80 heavy duty mountain bikes to £4k speed demons. Great friendly service
I've been in touch with Andy a few times now and he's never failed to decipher my vague bike related woes or upgrades. He does a good solid job and I can't see myself taking it to a shop again.
