Avoid

This company has TERRIBLE service. Go anywhere else. I stupidly locked myself out of my car Thursday at lunchtime. I called this company almost immediately, and the woman said that they "might" have an engineer out at 1500. So I waited 3 hours, and then called back, and she was quick to say that she never said they would definitely be there and she said that she would call me back when she knew when they were coming. No one ever called back. I called again an hour later and she patched me through to Steve, who was the one helpful person there. He said that new keys can take 72 hours to be created, but usually they come within 24 hours, which the first woman NEVER said. She had me waste my whole day waiting for someone to come around when that would have never been possible. At this point I've lost half a days work. On the Friday and Saturday I was London, so they said they would put the new key through the letter box. I get back Saturday evening to find no key, and call. No one answers even though they're advertised as having 24 hour service. I sent an email with no response. All day Sunday passes. I'm still unable to use my car. And then today, Monday, I call again at 8am, and the gentleman who answered said that someone would call me back. Then I call again at nine when no one had called me back, and the original woman from Thursday answers. She then puts me through to Steve again who said that he thought the job had done on Saturday. He sent an engineer out who brought the new key at around 1130. So, all in all, it cost me two half days of work and £288. Not to mention the many phone calls and chasing down.
