Avoid this shop!I bought a piece of few thousands pound jewellery from them. Before the purchase, They Promised the clarity and claimed the stone is the best one in nottingham. But later on I found 1 big scratch and 1 big mark just beneath the surface, took it back but they refused to return. The shoppers denied what they have promise, shouted at me and talked to me in an unacceptable manner when other customers have left ( yes, they picked time to bully you!). Asked me to go to find a solicitor or trading standard, they don't care. They were so aggressive and made me burst into tears! It is an expensive lesson! Do not be fooled by what they say about their products and do not trust their so called valuation report. Always Find independent valuation by yourself before make payment! Just remember If anything happened, you will never get your money back from them. And it's time to tear their friendly mask off to show you the true colour!

Be aware this cheater
Avoid this shop if you can!The worst experience ever! Promise the clarity of the stone before purchase but I found 1big scratch and I big mark on the surface later, refused to return. The shop owners have been rude, denied what they have said and shouted at me. Asked me go to find a solicitor or trading standard, they don't care. Don't be fooled by what they tell you about their jewleries, always ask for an independent valuation. Don't trust their valuation report, please don't trust them. They set price cheap for a reason! Avoid this doggy shop!

Friendly service, honest pricing, excellent offer
I have been living in Nottingham for more than 10 years. I can't remember how many times I have walked pass this jewelery shop. Only by last weekend, my wife and I spot a few good diamond rings in the window. We went inside through the double security door. The staff there are very friendly. Their diamond are all in high quality range. The most important, their price are the cheapest among other jewelery shops in Nottingham. If you have looking for a diamond ring, this is the shop you should never miss.

Extremely disappointed customer
Excellent service last year, when I paid to have a ring re-sized. Unfortunately the ring now has a split where the re-sizing was done and they would not repair free of charge as it is just over a year since they did the work. Beware - they are happy to leave the impression that their workmanship will only last for a year and accused me of damaging the ring myself. Shame on you Trinity.
