Great if you're starving and poor!
Big Wok is THE buffet/restaurant venue where you are guaranteed a filling meal for very little money. I chose the all-you-can-eat buffet option which cost £5 or £10? I cannot remember...However, what I do recollect from my experience of Big Wok was that I came away feeling confused and overwhelmed and overstuffed. Big Wok offers a huge selection of Asian-style dishes (Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Indian and so on) at numerous buffet stands from which you are able to refill your plate an unlimited number of times. This can then be followed (or even alternated with, although this is unadvisable), the Dessert Buffet stand, which offered a variety of ice-creams flavours and cakes. Unfortunately, Quantity and Cheapness of food can rarely be equated with _Quality_ of food, at least not in the UK. And this is true of Big Wok. If you want to eat for cheap until you feel fat and greedy, Big Wok is great. But if you want a nice civilised dining experience with quality foods that aren't swimming into one messy unhealthy mixture on your single plate, I'd recommend another establishment. A word of warning for those with NO RESTRAINT: Be careful of Big Wok!

Big Wok
Big Wok is the place to go for a cheap Chinese meal in Nottingham. It works as a huge all you can eat buffet. There is a wide range of savoury dishes not confined to just Chinese options - there is also British favourites like chips. There is also a wide-range of sweet dishes, including a chocolate fountain. I didn't like the atmosphere at Big Wok, it is a cross between a fast-food joint and vultures circling for food. It can get very busy and feels a little rushed. Great for cheap food, but I wouldn't recommend for a particularly enjoyable dining experience.
