Terrible customer service
Having bought roses in April to support my local nursery during lockdown, I rang today for advice as the roses they've supplied have rust. The other roses in my garden are healthy and unaffected. The man told me this wasn't the case, I should use pesticide, I explained this was impossible as I have dogs and am an organic gardener. I then asked for further suggestions and he hung up!

Great customer service
I recently ordered some turf from Reuben Shaws. A staff member rang me when it had arrived. 2 more members of staff help me to load. The turf was really top quality at an extremely good price, with discounts on each 10 rolls. When I finished the job there was some rolls left over and after ringing (same day) they let me return them for a full refund. They also helped to unload.

Constantly good garden centre
I've been going to Reuben Shaws for my plants for the last five years or so and rate them that highly that I now travel over 25 miles to buy plants from them to stock my new garden. They have always got a wide range of various types of plant, including the unusual and a fantastic selection of roses. Touch wood - everything I've bought has lasted well. Well done!
