Highly recommended. As new pet parents we were overwhelmed when our little poodle cross puppy, Bruno, turned into a little hooligan and always on the go young dog. Heather's help has been invaluable, not only training our dog but also our whole family including our young children on how to interact with and train our dog while having lots of fun. Heather is passionate about dogs and it shows on her methods of training. She alway uses positive reinforcement rewarding dogs with food and toys to achieve the desired behaviour. Never using harsh treatment or intimidation toward dogs. Heather helped us with difficult issues such as pulling on the lead, playing too rough with other dogs and more importantly on his recall. Our dog has improved a lot and is a delight to live with now. Heather is patient, friendly and eager to help and this made us feel at ease during her lessons. We also had the pleasure of meeting her own well trained dogs who are evidence of her experience and high quality teaching. Bruno loves her and always enjoys his training sessions. Would definitely use her services again and highly recommended to anyone who wants to get the best out of their dog to have a happy and balance canine friend for life to be proud of.

Although we had an idea of what the junior support course would cover I have to say that it definitely exceeded our expectations. Our son struggles (especially out in public) with bolting, sensory overload and meltdowns. Heather talked us through all the training and commands really thoroughly, answered our many questions and adjusted the training where necessary to fit the particular needs of Jago (our son) and our dog(Boo) natural behaviours. We have come away feeling confident that we can go to public places with Jago (and Boo) in a safe, relaxed way for the first time in about 2 years. Heather really helped to put us at ease as she has a lot of knowledge and experience of children on the spectrum and Jago took to her really quickly. Thankyou for such a fantastic course, we are really looking forward to putting it all into practice.
