The Pizza Hut In 'The Square' as known in Nottingham is probably the busiest one because it's so central. However is your thinking of driving there, please re-consider. Nottingham City Council is probably the biggest rip off council you shall ever meet in your natural born life. Parking in the NCC car park will cost you around £1.50/£2 per hour, around £8 for the entire day. And considering Nottingham is not known for it's safety, your better off parking on a street for around 60p for half an hour. Anyway, back to Pizza Hut. They have recently redecorated so it looks very nice inside, however looks can be decieving...The staff are pleasent enough, polite, nice smile etc, The only thing which brings down this restaurant is the food. You really do get what you pay for, the menu has become alot more exotic since Pizza Hut first came aorund and you can now order pasta dishes and salads instead of just pizza which is nice, as you have another option. The waiting time averages around 1 hour plus for this chain of Pizza Hut, which when your hungry, seems like days have gone by. The portions are quite small, especially the starters, so it really increases your appetite. If you do decided to order deserts, stick to what you know. I order the sharing desert, hot cookie dough, and it was ridiculous, it was NOT even enough for one person, never mind two!! It was also over-cooked and left a very burnt after taste in my mouth, my other friend ordered the cheesecake which was very pretty by the eye, but tasted a whole lot different. It was still frozen inside, along with the fruit it came with and just didn't hit the spot.I was quite disappointed with my experience at this chain of Pizza Hut, as if always regarded Pizza Hut as quailty food at good prices, but I came away from the chain feeling like I'd been robbed.
