We purchased a 2008 Rapido in November last year as an upgrade from a PVC and have nothing but praise for Oaktree. The pre-sale service was spot on and included everything we were promised. An unforeseen leak from a rooflight after snow was rectified without any quibble and the water damage repaired back to as good as new. I cannot fault their after sales service and attention to detail and have recommended Oaktree to others as a reliable and reputable company.

Bought our motorhome from Oaktree in 2016, each year they have carried out the habitation check and mechanical service, always an excellent service, this year they also fitted a roof light above the fixed bed within a very tight timescale which was just superb customer service. We had our first motorhome 12 yrs ago when Oaktree were at their old site on A38 . We had no idea how to use the motorhome so they looked after us helping us with each step. Were always at the end of the phone. Made it easier for us when they moved to Giltbrook. Over the years they have kept us on the road and added many little extras as required. 2 yrs ago we traded in my beloved baby for an automatic to make it easier for my husband to drive. Again held our hands as we ventured forth. Unfortunatly due to my sudden ill health we had to sell which Oaktree did with no problems. Still call for coffee as they are like family each and everyone. We bought our first motorhome from Oaktree in 2005. Were very happy with the service then. We were unsure if we wanted to continue motor homing but a quick look on their site came up with a vehicle which overcame all the niggles we had over the years with our previous vehicle. The vehicle was everything it said on the website. Jason showed us around and was really familiar with all the features of the 65 plate Hymer which was such a higher spec than our 52 plate Autosleeper. Deal done. Really happy with all contacts with Oaktree. Staff very courteous and helpful. On collecting my new vehicle I was very happy with the hand over meeting with Jason. Showed us how everything worked, most of which we forgot but the handbooks are bringing it all back. Looking forward to the first trip out . Thanks

We bought out Bessacarr motor home as an upgrade to our previous one. We were most impressed with the handover information and care plus the after-service we have received. (We had an issue with the clutch but this was replaced with no quibbles.) We have used a different firm before but NO COMPARISON as Oaktree are much more customer focused.
