Went in told us the problem dealt with it straight away BMW wanted £120 plus vat cost me £30 even topped up my oil and lubed my bonnet catch as BMW 1 are renowned for sticking Great guy efficient service will defo be back for my servicing and any other probs

Excellent service and value for money.

BMW 1 Series
This chap is brilliant - couldn't ask for better service. The quality of the work is superb and very thorough going the extra mile where many others would just not bother. Would definitely recommend them.

Not recommended
Had an MOT done here, which was fine, if a bit haphazard. Booked in at 9:00 (I had phoned to check when they opened) for brake fluid change, when I got there, it was closed. Rang owner, to be told would not be open for 'a couple of hours'. Had taken time off work to drop off car. Not very professional, not impressed. Will not be going back

Would definitely recommend anyone using motor master much much better and a lot cheaper than the main dealer robbing b*****ds.great guy ,great service for a 3rd of the price.

Absolutely outstanding
Absolutely outstanding, honest, helpful, fair and outstandingly competent. I've used Motor Master several times to service and repair my mini and have always come away 100% happy with the service, price and work carried out. This is more than I can say about pretty much any other garage I've used - can't recommend him enough!

Recently discovered this garage . Personal service , excellent work , very fair charges & you are definitely made to feel that you are a valued customer - as opposed to the large impersonal dealerships . Will definitely continue to use this garage for all my BMW work . No hesitation at all in recommending Motor Master

Excellent service, polite and good advice
Booked my BMW325D in for a brake fluid change which was performed quickly and efficiently. I had a list of questions which were professionally answered and my mind set at ease. I plan to return for a few tweaks I wish doing, and will return again for my next service.

Fantastic service and very friendly
Having used this garage for the first time I have been overwhelmed by the level of customer service. Very friendly and an excellent job done to repair a broken anti-roll bar on my 730d. Also checked whole car over, including diagnostics and advised me on any current issues that need attention. Even dropped me home. Having used other Nottingham based BMW specialists, I am now certain Motor Master is the best! I will definitely use Motor Master for all my BMW needs in the future. Brilliant!

Superb, puts the main BMW dealer to shame
Absolutely excellent service. I took my BMW 3 Series into Motor Master for a 30k mile service. The level of professionalism shown was of a much higher standard than I've experienced at main dealers. It not only included a full dealer diagnostic check, but also a valet including the engine being professionally cleaned! All the work carried out was detailed, and any issues identified were clearly explained, and it was around half the cost of a main dealer. Suffice to say I'm more than happy to recommend Motor Master to anyone.

Excellent Service and pricing!
The service from Motor Master was excellent. I had a number of issues with my 320d and motor master put my mind at rest, by performing full dealer level diagnostics and spending time with me to go through all the findings whilst I was there - I dont think you would get this kind of one to one service with a main dealer! I then had all the problems fixed in a professional and timely manner and best of all - at a fraction of the cost of the main dealer! Would recommend Motor Master everytime!

Superb
I cannot praise Motor Master's highly enough. They may not have the salubrious surroundings of the usual BMW dealers, but their service is quite superb. They serviced my car for a fraction of the price from a dealer, gave it a full valet as well as dropping me off at work and picking me up as well! They were very professional and polite as well. I would highly recommend to anyone
