End of Tenancy Cleaning

Our company specialises in End of Tenancy / Pre Tenancy cleaning. Our team always follow a thorough checklist to be completed and confirmed before leaving a property.

Before our team starts work on a property, we will take an assessment of the property and will always discuss with you if there are any changes to the original quote.

Intensive Cleaning

We provide an intensive cleaning service for bathrooms and kitchens. This is an extremely thorough clean completed by one of our teams, and usually takes 2 hours to complete. This will include mould removal and whitening of tiles and grout, limescale removal, polish and cleaning of all appliances. This service means you do not have to book a full house clean if you only require the more heavily used rooms (usually the kitchen and bathroom) to be cleaned.

Our intensive cleaning service does not include oven cleaning, however if you require this in additional to the intensive kitchen clean, contact us to discuss a quote for both services.

Weekly Domestic Cleaning

Our weekly domestic cleaning is charged at a rate of £11 per hour. Standardly, we do not provide the cleaning products on weekly domestic services, however if you wish to have the cleaning products provided, please contact us and we can arrange this with an additional fee.
