Focus on Personal Training

You may not know what your fitness focus is, but you do know something needs to change.

Personal Training is all about harnessing support and expertise to help you reach goals you would struggle with on your own. It's a great way to gain focus in your exercise, increase fitness and make a positive change in your life.

Whatever your focus: from weight loss, improved confidence, balance, injury recovery, gaining strength or changing body shape. Focus Fitness Instructor Richard Mills will work with you in our private gym in Nottingham to help achieve results.

Weight Loss

Are you carrying weight that you want to finally shed?

Gyms and bodybuilding personal trainers might not be for you, but you can still shed fat simply and safely with 1-1 personal training in the privacy of our gym in Nottingham. We can also support you with realistic dietary changes and home exercise to accelerate results. Often small, simple alterations can lead to big results.

The NHS guidelines state that we all should perform up to 150 minutes of exercise per week. The older we get the more important it is to make sure this happens and to focus on strength and muscle building. Private 1-1 personal training allows you to work within your specific abilities to maintain or re-gain fitness so you can live life to the full.

If you have a goal that you want to make sure you meet, you can increase the likeliness of success by having guidance and support from a Personal Trainer. With access to specialist equipment for measuring progress and training programmes for outside the gym, we are here to guide and support your goals however big or small.

We care about your overall wellbeing, how stressed you are and what's going on in your life. We adapt workouts on a given day to accommodate your mood while still achieving results.
Gently challenge yourself to get to the next level of your abilities. This will increase your confidence and sense of self-worth which will help you outside the gym as well as inside.
