Running machine - great aftersales

I bought a running machine a few years ago and hardly used it. When I did come to use it the power wouldn't turn it on. I phoned the store up and to my surprise, they were really sympathetic, told me to bring it back and choose something else to the value of as it had now been discontinued. No fuss, no hassle just excellent service.
