Dreadful standards and worse customer service!
We employed this contractor recently under the guise of Call Clean part of Office Care. From the outset they handled the cleaning poorly and dealt with our company unprofessionally. The failed to address and standard issues raised with them and them terminated the contract with us giving no notice whatsoever. All of their staff left in one go ( I wonder why). They make many promises re: the standards and services they provide, but sadly it is all bluster, they do not have a clue what they are doing.
