terrrible business ethics and quality

very poor quality. and service. we bought a georgian four poster. the lacquer started bubbling up and cracking within a short while. they did not come to check out the problem.then ordered a second bed(stupid us).arrived with stains around the knots. we refused to take it : initially were disbelieving about the stains, now wont refund the delivery for it. ASTB now also claim that because we have a room heater (in a huge single glazed bed room) we have caused the laquer to bubble up on other bed even though none of our other bedroom furniture is affected , we complained ages before it became cold or we even used the heater and the heater is on the opposite side of the room. (they didnt even come to see the problem- we had to show the delivery guys who took a photo of the heater!) wouldnt buy from them again. extortionate prices which are not reflected in quality and service.any complaints are treated as though you are lying.
