I've had lots of bad experience of using the bigger chains like Spec Savers and Vision Express. Then I went to A C Allans as i needed some prisms for computer work. Have to say that the staff were really good and were really helpful and the aftercare has been superb. Because of this i've taken my parents there for glasses and would recommend them to any one.
