An all round good experience
We've rented with this lettings agent for around a year now and they have been the best we've ever had, having rented houses in Newark, Oxford, Chesham, Isleworth and Ealing in the past with many different lettings agents. Our only experience of them is that they do things by the book, have high standards and have good communication skills, unlike so many others we've been with. They are reasonable and aware that a house isn't just a house but a tenant's home and life. Since my husband and I both work from home, having a safe, peaceful home is all the more important for us and the agents have always been reassuring and helpful even though I know they are a very small firm with over 150 houses to look after. When we moved in, the house was clean (unlike 50% of the other times I moved house) and all the paper work made sense. During our time, whenever there was a problem with the the house, they did their best to solve it as soon as possible, making priorities if the problem was serious. Moving out is also turning out to be a smooth process.

Awful
Rude, aggressive, scam artists, had no intention of putting me forward for property, just took my money!!! Refused to even tell landlord I had said I would pay 6 months up front... Don't think landlord would be aware anyone had even applied for property

Unprofessional conduct!
I would never use this company again! The most unprofessional organisation I have ever come across. Having recently used this agent I have found them to be rude, aggressive, judgmental and discriminative. I don't usually write reviews but in this case I felt I had to. Unfortunately, I've had to give at least one star rating, they don't deserve a single one!
