Rude receptionist

I spoke to a receptionist Monday 19th March at 2.30pm. The receptionist (who would not provide her name) was extremely rude and very unprofessional. This is a bad reflection on the surgery as a whole, and I doubt very much this is actually the case. I think the practice is lucky that I'm not from the PCT. Anon
