Appalling Customer Service
I purchased an item from Peak Outdoors which was supposed to be new. After a long delay they sent out a second-hand item and would not put the problem right. I have had to resort to making a Section 75 claim under the Consumer Credit Act to get my money back. Peak Outdoors have broken the law in terms of both the Sale of Goods Act and Distance Selling Regulations. This is the worst customer service I have experience in a very long while. They were plain nasty.

no hassle
not sure what the problem was with some of the other reviews, i have bought many things from this company some of which i have returned, one being a camping table that had a dent in it when received, sent it back no problem got a replacement straight away, another was a stove which was fine but my mother in law had already bought one for birthday present so wasn't needed anymore, got a refund no problem, well done peak outdoors good company, good service, no hassle

Incredible service :)
I needed help with what camping supplies I needed for a camping trip with my friends, and because it was my first time, I didn't know what essentials to purchase. A guy named Paul (owns the place I guess) was fantastic in helping me with what I needed, and told me loads of great useful info that I would need for future reference. After visiting Peak Outdoors, I had a fab camping holiday all with the help of Peak O. I would recommend anybody to go here, its a fantastic company that provides great service above all. Will definitely be going again thank you! :D

Caravan cover
I purchased a maypole caravan cover to fit my 21ft van, a couple of weeks ago in anticipation for the winter. I must say I absolutely love it, it fits really well with the aid of the straps that are provided. It is standing up to the recent wet weather really well, must also say I am a fan of the bag that was supplyed with the cover for storage when not in use, saves a portion of the garage normally reserved for that purpose! Many thanks to the staff at Peak Outdoors for recommending it to me!

Customer service returns
Bought an outwell sleeping bag via Peak Outdoors website, recieved it in good time, upon inspection I noticed a stitiching fault on a large area of the bag, returned the bag to the sender who dispatched a new one to me, what more can you ask?

Worst company I've ever dealt with.
Firstly I would have given 0 stars if allowed...Absolutlely appaulling company. Ordered a set of roof bars from them via amazon. They sent a battererd box that had been resealed. The bars were scratched and marked. When I tried to contact them they sent nonsense email replies that consisted of "qwe" ,"we", "i" and so on. amazon are not interested as they get a commision from the sellers. I suppose from the replies they send they've got a bunch of thick, spotty youths earning minimum wage, who couldn't get a proper job. Awful company.

Awful Customer Service
Would have actually given no stars for anything. After making a purchase online on a saturday I rang the following Monday just to ensure that everything was in order. I was assured that they had received the order and it would be with me in 3-5 days. No item ever arrived, the customer service was terrible had the phone put down on me numerous times, was told that it had been sent, but Parcel Force said the company did generate a collection request but that the company never gave it to them. The company have refused to send the item, refused to give me a refund and also wont return my calls or reply to my emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

Bought a Family tent from Peak Outdoors over 2 years ago broke a pole early this year went back to buy a replacement they got one posted in from kampa super fast in time for my hols "THANK YOU" been back now for camping stove, sleeping bags and chairs cheapest I can find in area brilliant !!

Excellent delivery service
My family and i are happy campers having just recieved the new Outwell Hartford XL 8 Person Tent. We were overdue an upgrade as space was becoming a neccessity with there being 6 of us. We decided on the 8 berth as there are 4 rooms so one we could use as coat/boot room and general dumping ground for all the kids gear! We ordered the Outwell Hartford from Peak Outdoors having searched the net for the best deal. I telephoned Peak Outdoors on monday morning, had standard 3-5 delivery and was pleasantly surprised upon receiving it the next day! Can't wait to use it.

Customer service at its worst
Avoid this shop and the online store at all costs. If there are any problems with a purchase you will not get a refund or exchange.

Terrible Service
The customer service at this shop is appalling. My wife tried to exchange an item that was found to be damaged when we got it home. After retruning to the store she was told that this was not going to happen and that she would not be given a refund.
