My elderly mother in law used your service and £86 later the man left without fixing the problem. She has tried to call your service team on numerous occasions and no-one has called her back or explained why the problem was not fixed yet the was money taken. She simply wants her money back or for her aerial to be fixed. She cannot afford to throw away £86. Extremely disappointing and rather shameful.
