Simon Brown Construction Ltd no longer trades as Duraclad although Brown is still trading in his own name and no doubt still giving the same poor service as previously. If you give him your money prepare to be disappointed with what you get in return!

poor service
I have to agree totally with Craig Storer as I had work done by them. I have a signed 10 year guarantee but it is no good if you try to contact them and they don't get back to you and I have a leaking roof.

Duraclad Mansfield
Had orangery built. Was told would be a 4 week project. Started in July and eventually finished in November (2014). Majority of workmen arrived and left whenever they pleased because they were "on other jobs". Customer service is an absolute joke. One of the Simons never replies to your calls and the other Simon just spins a yarn every time. We are still waiting for the documentation and guarantees to be delivered. Since work has been completed no contact has been made with us despite numerous requests to get in touch with us. Disappointed as the price and "promise" seemed genuine. Be careful!
