Apart from the fact that they drilled a hole in the wrong wall (and said they had "had a blonde moment"), the installation didn't work. They arranged to come back a few days later but rang at a few minutes notice to say they couldn't make it and could I wait in again the following afternoon. After chasing back from North Yorkshire to be there I got another call at a few minutes notice to say that they couldn't make it again. So I have now lost a day's work waiting for their engineers who didn't turn up

Another let down
Another aerial company that has let me down. Rang Sunday and made appointment to attend Monday but phone call received 3.50pm to say too busy and will call Tuesday and Tuesday came and went but no visit and no phone call. Phone call Wednesday morning but by this time I was pee'd off so told them to go hopping. Taking time off work is not easy especially when companies don't turn up but expect you to accept that they can promise times but not adhere to them. Only gave 1 star because it is mandatory!
