About us
Tate House bed and breakfast is a three-storey late Victorian town house built in 1885 within the centre of Alnwick, Northumberland. All the town centre shops, restaurants, attractions and amenities are all within an easy walking distance from my front door.

Recently, my bed and breakfast has been extensively refurbished and upgraded, bringing this town house back to life. All rooms are comfortable, spacious and are full of character. Alnwick is a great place in which to explore all the attractions, heritage and culture within Northumberland. Afterwards, kick off your shoes, sit back and relax in one of my well appointed bedrooms.

Amazing stay
Staying at Tate House was an unexpected treat and I am so glad I stayed there. My room was comfortable and clean with plenty of the essential facilities. My husband choose the guest house and he made a great saving! We were made to feel welcome and given the most amazing experience. If we ever go away again we are going back to Tate House!
