when I reply to a job with my CV the reply is that I am over qualified so they don't employ me but why employ someone how needs training. that will tie up the manager or supervisor but when you have the experience you can do the job straight away.

why do we have so many empty shop in the grosvenor centre and in town, we should get rid of the people who don't speak english or don't dress right. so then the english might get a chance to get a job.
