Accountancy

Preparation of financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and charities. Monthly/quarterly management accounts preparation. Business planning and cash flow forecasts. Submission of accounts to HM Revenue & Customs and Companies House and take care of all statutory requirements.

Personal and Corporate Taxation

Preparation of Individual, Partnership and Trust Tax Returns. Taxation planning and advice including Capital Gains and Inheritance. Preparation and submission of Companys Corporation Tax Returns.Advise on tax efficient remuneration package for company directors/shareholders.

Payroll Bureau

Weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly payroll, Advise on PAYE and NI payments to Inland Revenue, Employer annual returns, P11ds, P14s and P60s prepared and Inland Revenue online facility.

Book-keeping and VAT Returns

A full manual or computerised book-keeping service. The service can be provided at our office or the client's premises. Preparation of VAT returns. Analysis of profit margins and expenditure.
