I visited your Daventry store and purchased a item . on purchasing the item I mentioned that the person I was buying the item for may not like it, I took it with me and as I thought the said person did not like it so I took it back to the store the store had nothing similar so I asked for a refund I was then told THAT they do not give refunds only exchange or credit notes but I was not informed of this on my previous conviction with the store assistant so I do believe I should have been given a refund on this occasion
