The Moorgarth Guest House...

Moorgarth is an impressive Victorian building situated within a ten minute walk of the city centre, either along the main road or on the riverside walk. York offers a number of attractions included the Minster, Shambles, Jorvik Centre and the Railway Museum. There are also a number of wonderful shops and restaurants to enjoy.

We are also closely situated near to the York University and Fulford Golf Club. The out of town shopping centres are only minutes away. Moorgarth has its own limited private car parking available.

Rooms and Tariff

Moorgarth has 9 guest rooms which include a single, two twin, four double and two family rooms (sleeping three and four people). All of the rooms offer comfortable accommodation with en-suite shower rooms, colour TV and complimentary drink making facilities. A full traditional English breakfast is available each morning in the dining room. We charge from £28 per person, per night for single, double and twin rooms. £70 for the family room which sleeps three, and £80 for the family room which sleeps four.
