Don't rely on them when they say you have an appointment!
Booked for nails to be done less than 24 hours before the appointment. Ten minutes before I was due there (only around the corner!), I got a call to say I was late. This simply was not the case as I definitely did not confirm I would be there earlier. Why would I when I knew my husband would still be at work and unable to drop me off then. If you are trying to get off work early on a Friday, don't fob off a customer, a new one at that! Doesnt make for great recommendations!

Don't go for hair cut
Go somewhere else for a hair cut. I had to go to another salon to correct the bad cut. Supposedly I had the senior stylist but my fridge wasn't straight and there was a 1/2 inch difference on each side of my hair!!!!
