About Us

A friendly local bar with a warm welcome, Well stocked bar boasts a minimum of 3 real ales Black sheep, Timothy Taylors and John Smiths all with the Cask marque of approval. Lagers are Carling, Foster and Stella along with Magner Cider and Guinness. Bar opening times are Monday to Friday from 5.00pm, Saturday from 2.30pm and Sunday from 12 noon.

We at The Oakwheel pride ourselves on the Quality of food we serve offering Traditional Homecooked Meals with Special displayed on the chalk board, Fresh local produce are used were possible, the menu offers a selection of starters from soup to smoked salmon, main course dishes ranging from fresh fish and chicken dishes to our popular individual steak pie, fresh gammon and local sourced steaks, with many more choices.
Food is available Tuesday to Saturday from 5.30pm till 8.30pm Sunday Lunch from 12 noon till 2.00pm
For our Residents Breakfast is served
Monday to Saturday from 8.30 till 9.30am.
Sunday from 9.00 till 9.30am
