Disgraceful, disgusting behaviour

Disgraceful and abusive manner from manager/owner My pandora bracelet broke of no fault of my own and under warranty sent this back to be repaired through Michaels. Although this is a free repair they charged me £13 for postage costs. However when I contacted pandora I was told this should not be the case and they will contact the store telling them I should be refunded. When receiving a voicemail to tell us this was the case, as instructed, we went back to the store to be told no one rang us and this was not the case and not true. Instead of being patient and handling the matter in a professional manner, we were treated terribly, being called liars and spoken to extremely rudely. I have never experienced this from a store as a customer and am disgusted by the manager/owners behaviour.
