I order a Camper LF many months ago, my last correspondence with them was to email me if they ever get the product in. However they sent one anyway and charged me. They received it 13 days ago and i am still yet to receive a refund. Today i called them to be told it should be dealt with tomorrow when i told them this wasn't acceptable the sales guy got really aggressive. To which i replied if i don't have a refund by friday ill issue a charge back via mastercard. They then Slammed the phone down on me. Bottom line AVOID SPA cycles at all costs use SJS they are always great.

Rude people
Spa Cycles maybe cheap and have a lot of good and hard to find stock,but the staff are often very abrupt and like to use the f word a lot over the phone to their customers when their customers enquire about where their order is,but in my way of thinking I would rather pay more and get a good customer service than save a few quid,than be treated badly by a load of foul mouthed buffoons.

This shop IS worth using.
We have had excellent service from Spa Cycles. It is an idiosyncratic shop but well worth using and once they know you they are very kind and helpful. The staff really do know what they are talking about, but not surprisingly are not geared up to the sort of person who might buy a bike from a supermarket. They provide good service to me and my friends who have used them.

Agree 100% with the above. A big lad called Andrew was thoroughly unpleasant to my good friend Glen. In fact so nasty that we have resolved never to go back there.. and to advise all our friends not to either.

Do not go near at any cost!!!!!
I bought some tyes from this shop on line and they were terrible. When i complained that the tyres fell apart a person called Jonn advised me to draft an email and that they would get back to me... but no one ever did. When I called up i spoke to an a person called Andrew who said that I HAD DONE THE WRONG THING and should send the tyres in but that they would not do anything anyway because even though the description of the tyres said they were supper strong and I had had two punctures in 50mil and the front tyre was full of holes that "all the manufactures make that claim about all there tyes"! so its like my fault that I believed it I guess. He was very rude and I am £70 out of pocket with no tyres and still no one has ever got back to me. My advise to to go to a proper bike shop or any other bike shop that you can possibly get to to avoid these people. Thanks Spa Cycles JB -
