I adore this shop it has a wonderful atmosphere and the staff are extremely friendly and helpfull, even offering me a cup of Tea and a mince pie. The clothing is exceptional quality, focusing on hand made British clothing, i have purchased a number of beautiful garments from the shop and will certianly be visiting again soon. One of my Favourite shops in Yorkshire.

Beautiful Tweeds
Full of beautiful tweed clothing including a range by Katherine Hooker. I was surprised by the previous two comments regarding customer service as this has not been my experience.

Brace of Harrogate
I made a wrong-colour purchase at this shop and, within an hour, attempted to replace it by asking the salesperson to order a colour I had seen on the supplier's website. She denied that the colour existed, refused my legitimate request for a refund and adopted a very unfriendly tone. She gave me no alternative but to purchase another, more expensive, item – I won't be shopping at Brace again.

I would not give Brace of Harrogate even 1 star, I have been trying to order a £350 jacket for the past 6 weeks, only to be told on 3 occasions it will be in stock in 2 or a couple of weeks, I telephoned today only to be told I will have to wait & can't be given a delivery date, also that I never say thankyou, ITS NOT ME THAT SHOULD BE SAYING THANKYOU, I'M THE ONE WHO HAS BEEN TRYING TO SPEND £350 WITH THIS STORE THEY SHOULD BE THE ONES THANKING ME, BUT I SHALL BE SPENDING MY MONEY ELSEWHERE. THEIR ATTITUDE STINKS TO CUSTOMERS.
