Very disappointed. The garage had plenty of time (car at garage on 11 Jan and date required 28 Jan - over 2 weeks)to complete some fairly minor repairs. Although the quality of the work carried out appears to be good I have been very disappointed in Alpha Cars inability to complete work to a deadline and their resultant lack of remorse for this. A request for a small reduction in the bill (which was over £600) as recompense was rejected. I will not be using Alpha Cars again and recommend that if you require your vehicle back within any sort of deadline that you do not either.
