Back in October 2004, SMS-Network.co.uk launched offering only web hosting and design services and was in great need of improvement, later in January 2005, a rebranding took place and KVHosting.co.uk a sister "company" was formed which offered dedicated servers and reseller hosting. Late 2005 it was decided that more needed to be done and another sister "company" was formed SimpleNetwork.co.uk which offered a range of telecom and internet services. Finally in June 2006 after many long discussions we teamed up with Brightstar DJs and formed the company Brightstar Online, all assets of the previous "companies" were merged and Brightstar Online was born. Brightstar Online is run by 3 partners who run the services for non-profit as a hobby, all born and bread in Yorkshire, sharing the same values of wanting consumers to get the best for their money and the highest standard of service.
