Boots on Newland annoys me a little, here's why; I first went in with my newborn baby for some nappies- It's very difficult to get any kind of pram up the two large steps while trying to open the heavy door. It would be completely impossible for disabled folks. Then when I eventually did struggle in, I found they don't even stock newborn nappies, and in fact don't seem to have stocked many of the things I've been in there for since. The staff are polite enough, but you wouldn't be able to pass the time of day with them. They're just students earning a bit of money rather than a friendly face that you see regularly enough to say good morning to, if that makes sense. In a nutshell, easier access and better stock please!
