I recently had a colour, woven highlights and restyle at a reasonable rate and was not miserable with the result but was disapointed. Had I asked for woven hightlights I would have been happier and would have been even happier if she had asked me to choose a colour for my hair from a chart. I was impressed they did a colour test but not impressed by the end result. I wanted my natural base colour with flashes of red and gold not an all over soft blonde. It was professionally done as was but not what i wanted AND being told the photo I had taken in was frumpy and she was doing it differently did not endear me either. I will not revisit.
