Unacceptable behaviour of Alex Wylie, Vet

I normally would give Thetford branch a 5 star as the staff are lovely. I took my Staffie to see Alex Wylie and she was very rude to me. She was verbally abrasive throughout the consultation and I was so upset and stunned that I was unable to respond. She stormed up and down. This happened in front of a work experience young girl and she was so nervous and shocked too. Another client spoke of Alex's rudness and she said that she would report her to Howard. This is unacceptable behaviour. I went to get my dog vaccinated not to be subjected to verbal abuse. She was very slack, she dealt with anal glands. She did not use a wipe to clean the area. She said she could not find any. So my dog went out with an offensive odour coming from her. I think she was happy to humiliate me. I have owned pets ince 1989 and I have never ever encountered such a rude person before.
