Arrogant, Self-Righteous and Second Rate
After having to wait half an hours without any consideration or any refreshment offered, had a second rate shave and then had to argue over the fact that I had a head massage pre-paid after being walked to the door by the shaver. Having complained to the manager about the poor service he simply said that if you dont like it you can have your money back. After asking whether he took constructive feedback well and actually cared what customers thought - he hung up! Go elsewhere as this place seriously thinks it is better than it is. I have had better shaves from Street Vendors in Bangladesh and better customer service from aboslutely everywhere else!
