Not right.
Took in a new phone locked to one of the main networks and requested the use of their unlocking service. 3 minute's later the phone is returned to us not locked. Took home tested worked fine although I'd noticed a few left overs installed from the process. After an investigation I found that my phone had been rooted to enable the unlocking. I didn't ask for my warranty to be voided by hacking my phone, I asked for a legitimate phone unlocking service which I was not given

Smaller but still amazing!
Secondhand Land, Norwich has always been my very first stop for quality used goods and the only one I have recommended to others since the early 1980's. Now in a new smaller store that from what I have seen, still has better quality tested and gauranteed items for sale than most, if not all the local copetitors. Come see for yourself!
