Born, bred and based in the heart of New Costessey, we are deeply embedded in the local community and are proud of our extensive local knowledge and connections. Since opening in February 2021, we have quickly established ourselves as the leading estate agent for areas west of Norwich City Centre. We cover the postcode areas of NR5, NR8 and NR9 and our most popular areas are New and Old Costessey, Chapel Break, Three Score, Bowthorpe, Easton and Earlham
