A bad experience

This company sold me a Ford engine that needed to be flushed and re-timed to get it running. When I contacted them to ask for help towards the cost of the extra work they agreed that they would pay half of the cost. However when I sent the invoice and the requested the £50 refund that was agreed verbally they stopped taking my calls and didn't respond to emails. Things go wrong with cars and second hand parts are not always perfect I accept that but when someone agrees to refund because the part they supplied was not in the condition as described the right thing to do for good customer service is not renege on a deal. Customers can be difficult at times and when they are you should honour what you have agreed and not ignore them. Would I recommend this company, absolutely not. Buy from them at you risk and peril
