Norwich Puppet Theatre - a unique venue in a culturally rich City

Norwich Puppet Theatre is one of only two dedicated puppet theatres in England and is a unique part of the rich cultural offer of the City of Norwich.
We offer a year round programme of puppetry performances for all ages - both from our own company and visiting companies from around the world. In addition we offer a full and varied programme of puppet making workshops, including talent development masterclasses.
The Theatre also hosts other forms of drama, music and events and is also available as a wedding venue and for hire for conferences, meetings etc.

Specialist Services

As one of only two dedicated puppet theatres in England, a visit provides a special experience with a display of over 200 puppets as you walk in the door ... and that is before you see a show or participate in a workshop.
Specialist services include:
tailor made workshops for schools, brownies and other community groups either in the Theatre or at your own venue
unique place to have a civil wedding/partnership - the outside is a Medieval church, the inside a Theatre!
training opportunities in all aspects of theatre
team building activities - including puppet making workshop, creating a performance
