We will endeavour to ensure that the time between (1) sending out a Contract (in connection with your sale) or receiving a Contract (in respect of your purchase) and (2) exchange of Contracts (when you become legally obliged to complete the transaction) takes no longer than 4 weeks.
At present our average turnaround time is 4 weeks.

I can't believe what they did
MJP made too many mistakes on my house sale and eventually the buyer pulled out, leaving me with a costly bill. They then proceeded to lie about the details of their involvement, leading me to report the company and a trainee solicitor to the SRA. I recommend you avoid at all costs.
