the best kennel

We have been lodging our two dogs with Maxine Woods for now over a year and I have to say, her operation gets better and better. I wrote a review about a month ago but for some reason, it was never published. I am sorry that it happened because Maxine deserves all the recognition that customers decide to comment about. I still want to emphasize that MeadowView Boarding is the only/only 5 star establishment that I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Her attention to details continues to rise to each next level of precision. Our first visit was just after she recently opened and now over a year later, she has demonstrated her ability to take her establishment out of the infancy stage and now can compete with more established kennel operations. She has proved herself to be a sharp business woman with a keen eye for maintaining her kennels with the highest degree of quality procedures. This is an exceptional kennel facility. Her kennel is immaculate and her love/care for our pets is extraordinary – as if they were her own. Maxine took her kennel operation before her local council and convinced them that her kennel would be a highlight for their local business operations. Her council awarded her a grant to employ additional help in order for her to continue with the high standards that were already implemented. Her new assistant Cat is absolutely the right choice. She has the same care, ethics, goals and standards that Maxine wants continued for her operation. Maxine is also a terrific mentor as she has taken Cat under her wings giving her guidance that she will employ as she takes on more responsibilities. Our dogs absolutely adore Cat as much as they love Maxine. They work together as a team and the most obvious comment that I state is “Cat is a responsible employee who takes her position very seriously and that is definitely a bonus for her as well as the kennel.” As I mentioned, Maxine has an attention to details. Her responsibilities to her clients are documented, concise responsibilities for her clients to her. Sometimes it is hard starting a new business you are not sure how to maintain a proper business without offending the clients. Maxine has specifically outlined those rules and her clients have come to respect her business decisions and her. To protect her kennels, she maintains strict policies for animals and their medical records, shots, and the pet’s general health before they are ever boarded. I don’t have to worry that one pet may not have been inoculated and then worry about my pet’s health. She has even put on her website more descriptive photographs of her beautifully designed and maintained establishment. I have never walked in MeadowView and not found it absolutely spotless. I know that my pets are properly taken care of by just looking around. This is one of the most sanitized operations and it is a boarding kennel but I would match it to a beauty salon or walk in clinics. Maxine is fair, and she speaks from her heart. There are no hidden agendas, she absolutes cares from her heart and she always available if you need a question answered. If she is not available, the very first chance she has in the day, she returns your call – not days later. This year I have seen a new determination to ensure MeadowView maintains quality standards that our pets are well taken care of. She recently built another security fence on the property. The pets are each given individual attention which is never found in other operations. My dogs are happy there, because Maxine and Cat treat each pet specifically not just lumping them together to speed up the daily required chores. However her recent addition of video security has totally demonstrated that she means it when she says you pets are not only properly cared for but they are very safe in her establishment. This video system protects Maxine and Cat from being caught off guard when someone enters the parking lot, the video is activated. Secondly, they can monitor who is around their establishment and also be there immediately for arriving pets for boarding. She is always present upon arrival and you never have to wait. The video also is activated 24/7. At night it not only watches the kennel but it also records for later viewing. I do not know of too many boarding establishments that put this much care and concern in watching our pets. My two dogs return home (whether after 4 days or a week), content, nourished, happy, in great shape from all of the exercising they individually receive and clean. How she manages all of this is incredible but I am more amazed that she has only been in business for one and a half years. The local council did well to back her because she is one tremendous addition to her local area. Her confidence has only increased the benefits that her kennel continues to offer, she is open to ideas but she also puts her operation ahead of frivolous suggestions. There should be a manager or business award for the year – Maxine Woods absolutely deserves the recognition. Of course saying all of this, I may have eliminated a spot for my pets as more clients start to fill her daily schedules. On the other hand, her successful operation means this kennel will be around for hopefully a very long time. If anyone doubts all of my comments, you are more than welcome to contact me.
