Jump For Joy Party

If you want your children to have a fun party at a friendly venue DO NOT book jump for joy. After an hour of playing the kids move through to the next room for food. The miserable looking staff insist on shoes being on before sitting down, said so firmly they made some of the kids cry. The gifts (giant bubble sticks) by the birthday child's seat was not allowed to be opened (maybe give them the gift at the end so they can resist temptation?). Food & drink were taken away before kids had finished eating- ? To stop the adults having the odd leftover, paid for sarnie. Party bags were given out but kids told very firmly they weren't to open them until outside.There was no music or anything to suggest a party atmosphere, just two very strict & grumpy staff rushing the party on so the next party can go in. Poor service, poor atmosphere.
