We start off with a goal-analysis session with you to establish what you REALLY want to accomplish and then find you the session type that most focuses on YOUR goals.

Our sessions last 45 minutes and each focuses on a specific training principle that is based around one or more of the types of goals:

-Fat Loss & Definition
-Health Improvement & Injury Prevention

When you turn up for a workout, you will feel yourself working towards your PERSONAL goals with every rep, set, exercise, technique, intensity, tempo and resistance that you do

Just off A148 (King's Lynn to Fakenham road), Coxford is in between East Rudham and Tattersett. You will see our big yellow sign on south side of the road, follow that into the Abbey Farm to find RAW!
