Pretty Good
The Cliff's a traditional looking hotel, with individually furnished and decorated rooms and comfortable and homely public areas. I stay here on a fairly regular basis and have never had any proper problems, just the odd bit of noise. The rooms tend to be a cosy and warm, if a little shabby at times, but all the ones I‘ve stayed in have had comfy beds, nice bathrooms and working TVs! There's a bar serving low key bar meals, which are nice enough and a smarter restaurant, which can be a bit of a hit or a miss. I've had some lovely meals in there, but also had some not so wonderful meals. Overall, a nice place to stay but no Ritz.
